Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies is a yummy chocolate dessert and easy to prepare.
Peanut butter banana smoothie will provide nutrients as well as tasty flavor to prepare. Your kids will love it and having favorite dessert.

Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups vanilla soy milk
- ¼ cup silken soft tofu, drained and crumbled
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar pinch salt
- 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 4 ice cubes
Preparation Method
- In a blender, combine the first six ingredients
- Cover and process until blended
- Add bananas and ice cubes
- Cover and process until blended
- Pour into chilled glasses
- Then serve immediately
Tip
Traditionally, a pinch is thought to be the amount of a dry ingredient that can be held between your thumb and forefinger that measure somewhere between 1/16 and a scant 1/8 teaspoon.
