Heart

Heart is a muscle pumping blood to the entire body. In a heart attack (myocardial infarction), part of the heart muscle stop working when it does not getting blood. To remain healthy, the heart requires oxygen and oxygen-vitamin that carried by the blood. This is obtained through the arteria (blood vessel) coronary, who wrapped up the outside of the heart.

Heart Attack

Diseases can affect any part of the heart. However, the most common disease is the chronic disease in the arteria coronary called aterosklerosis. Therefore, heart disease is commonly known and most suffered is coronary heart disease or coronary arteria disease. The disease is most commonly caused heart attack on someone that can cause death. It is a refinement on the coronary blood vessel, which vessel is working to provide blood to the heart muscle. Constriction caused by the mass of protein or cholesterol that comes from the food that enter the body. Acumulation also cause blood vessel coronary become rigid. This is called the stiffness aterosklerosis.

Aterosklerosis occur in case of cumulation plaque or pile on the fat arterial walls. Lapse of some time, plaque can accumulate, harden and narrow the arterial, and impedes the flow of blood to the heart. Arteria coronary disease or coronary artery disease (CAD) that this is basically lead to most heart attacks.

Stoppage in one or more coronary arterial can cause a heart attack suddenly. The heart of the request exceeds the available oxygen so that trigger heart attack. Why? When the heart muscle does not receive oxygen for a long time, the surrounding network can be damaged. Unlike the other networks, the heart does not make muscle regeneration. The long attack that happen, the more damage to the heart and the more likely dead.

Even in the arterial not too narrow because of plaque and fat, the  plaque can be broken and form blood or crust trombus. In addition, the arterial is also likely to be experiencing a sudden muscle contraction. So, blood or crust trombus can place on contraction, release a chemical substance, which then lead to narrow arterial wall, triggering a heart attack.

If working system of the heart is broken, normal heart rhythm can become distracted and begin to vibrate with the heart is not stabilized or fibrillation. This abnormal rhythm is called the aritmia which is diversion from the normal heart rhythm. This will cause the hearth lose the ability to  pumping blood effectively to the brain. Within ten minutes, brain death and the patient is no longer helpfull.

In addition to coronary heart disease caused by a cumulation of fat in the arterial wall, there are also other heart disease because of the difference since the born. For example, the heart that is not perfect, aberration heart valve, heart muscle weakening. The cause is the bacteria that cause infections in the heart.

The symptoms of heart attack

Symptoms that can be found if  we have coronary heart disease : pain, or pain in the chest which most people thought that just as the digestive disturbances. Then other symptoms that feel oppressed in the middle chest for 30 seconds to 5 minutes. Other symtomps is cold sweat, pulse, dizziness, and feel like fainting. This symptoms are not always perceived the victim. Another warning sign is the abnormal of the breath.

During the few months before the heart attack, the victim usually often feel very tired. Do not assume these symptoms are caused by stress and less sleep due to work.

Pain or feeling of being in the chest, called angina, give warning to the half of those who suffer heart attacks. Some people experience the abnormal breath or fatigue and feeling weak as the symptoms, indicates that the heart does not get enough oxygen because of coronary stoppage.

Usually a few days before the great heart attack, a person will experience suddenly muscle contraction in the chest which is a small attack or mild heart attack. Mild heart attack often comes before the great herath attacks of a few days later.
