How to protect your children from bad side of internet.

You dont need to have your  own children first to show that you care for our next generation. I beleave there still many people care for our future so we can start from now, one small step is to help them how to filter what they see and learn from the internet. Please don't miss understanding, I know lots of good thing they can learn from internet but as long as I know in internet always try to force us to over what is not for children.

Here I will show you how to block some content when children use internet by using K9 web protection administration. This free program you can get from searcing in google.

Step 1.

Go to K9 web protection administration web site and first you have to share your email address and you will get email and from there you will download and get your password which letter you can change if you want. The good thing to use this program is that you or somebody can only change the password or uninstall the  program they have to be connect to internet first. So the password is not in the computer.

Step 2.

When you finish install your K9 web protection administration to your computer and open the K9 web protection administration window. You can see under view internet activity, setup or get help.

Step 3.

Now just go to setup and when window pop up just type the password which you get from K9 web protection administration.

Step 4.

When web category to blog pop up from K9 web protection administration you can chose  select your own set categories to block I recomend you specialy for children just chose DEFAULT or HIGH level and click save.

Ok, now children can only visit web site which majority just for learn and for fun without adult content or phornograpy thing. Good luck to protect our next generation. Bye bye...
