Yes, you can make a variety of yeast breads with these easy bread recipes. The bread baking process is not as hard and you easily and simply enjoy your own home baked breads. The results will amaze you.

It is true, you can make home baked bread quite cheaply and without fuss with some easy bread recipes. Yeast bread baked at home is easy, cheap, delicious and is much healthier than its store bought counterpart.

In comparison to the white bread of most Americans' diet - or even the "whole wheat" which is just added color - all homemade whole wheat bread recipes will certainly be a huge improvement both in nutrition and flavor!

Even your own white bread - baked at home - cannot even compare in flavor, texture and nutrition to a store bought bread chuck full of preservatives.

I am aware that some of you cannot - or choose not to - have wheat. It is not a problem. There are many wheat free bread recipes like for example a spelt bread.

When you bake your own bread you are not restricted to "American" recipes. Italian bread recipes like a Ciabatta are wonderful to try and taste!

A holiday bread baked at home - such as a Challah bread or some gooey monkey bread recipes - can dazzle your senses...not only through your senses of taste and sight but do not forget of smell as well.

You are of course well aware that an added bonus of baking at home with these easy bread recipes is the addictive tantalizing aroma of baking bread?

I can already smell it now...this wonderful parfume calling all the occupants of your house to the kitchen...

Yes, that is the down side of homemade bread...it never last long. Since we are on this subject, that is one of the reasons why all my recipes are not for automatic bread machines. I have owned three...and have broken three.

In their defense, all bread machines are a good way to make bread if you have never done it and feel overwhelmed at the prospect. An automatic bread machine makes the process of baking bread less intimidating then doing it "from scratch."

However, the down side of a bread machine is that takes a long time to produce only one loaf! The same loaf which will be devoured in a few minutes by you and your loved ones... For me that was not practical at all. Instead I use a stand mixer for making and kneading - mixing - the dough and then I bakes the loaves in the oven. Any remaining loaves can be kept bread bags.
