Swiss Mixed Salad

This tasty mixed salad recipe is very easy to make and very filling.

2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 2 pinches salt dried salad herbs (dill, rosemary, basil, etc) mix well in a small bowl and set aside. 2 eggs, boiled cool down and set aside. 1 small Boston lettuce wash, cut into smaller pieces, put into big salad bowl. 0.5 cucumber 0.5 onion slice and add to salad. 1 small can tuna drain the liquid, loosen with a fork and add to salad. 1 handful artichoke hearts cut in smaller pieces and add to salad. 3-4 tablespoons corn 4 tomatoes, cubed add and mix all ingredients well. Peel the eggs, cut them into eight cubes each.  Set them on top of the salad. Pour the salad dressing.  Serve immediately.Th

some black pepper

basil, etc) Mix the salad dressing ingredients well in a small bowl and set aside.

1 small Boston lettuce Wash and cut into smaller pieces, pu tinto big salad bowl.

0.5 cucumber

0.5 onion Slice cucumber and onion and add to salad.

1 small can tuna Drain the liquid, loosen with a fork and add to salad.

1 handful artichoke hearts Cut in smaller pieces and add to salad.

3-4 tablespoons corn

4 tomatoes Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them along with the corn to all ingredients.

Peel the eggs, cut them into eight cubes each.  Serve salad onto individual plates.  Top it with the eggs.  Pour salad dressing over each salad and serve.

This salad dish is very filling and makes for a delicious and light dinner.
