Tater tot casserole is an excellent meal for family dinner time. It is warm and a perfect comfort food for winter.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
1 POUND HAMBURGER 2 CANS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CAN CREAM OF CELERY SOUP
1 BAG OF FROZEN TATER TOTS

HAMBURGER: The first thing that you will need to do to prepare this casserole is brown one pound of hamburger. Use whatever kind of hamburger that you and your family like best. Place the hamburger in a skillet and brown it on medium high heat until it is thoroughly cooked.

MIX IN INGREDIENTS: You will then need to mix in two small cans of cream of mushroom soup and one can of cream of celery soup. Mix the soups in good, until they are well blended and the hamburger is well covered with the soups.

TRANSFER TO BAKING DISH TO BAKE: Next, you will transfer the mix of hamburger and soups to an oven safe casserole dish. Pour the mix into the dish and spread it out evenly over the bottom of the casserole dish. Make sure to cover the entire bottom of the baking dish with the mix. Now you can top the mix with tater tots. Line the tater tots up evenly in rows across the top of the mix. Make sure that the tater tots are touching each other, so that you can get as many tater tots as possible on top of the mix. If you do not use the entire bag of tater tots that is fine.

BAKE AND SERVE: The final step is to bake the casserole, one you have topped it with the tater tots. Place the casserole in an oven on 400 degree and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and finished. Once the tater tots are done the casserole is ready to be served. Serve it up as the main dish for your family dinner. You may not even need any side dishes, because this meal is so hearty and filling. It is a great comfort food that your family will be asking for again and again.
