Perhaps, hemorrhoids can be considered as one of the prevalent disease that has beset some people.  Although hemorrhoids themselves are not that serious, but, when left without any treatment, it would cause an internal hemorrhoid bleeding leading to hemorrhoid rectal bleeding that will eventually be very much serious. But when it is being treated before becoming serious, hemorrhoid bleeding will eventually be healed and an individual will be free from that stinging disease.

Some might asked what causes hemorrhoids. The very thing that really bothers an individual is that hemorrhoid will make them very much uncomfortable with moving out of their bowel.

Our anus and rectum had a number of veins found within its area. Frequent straining of the waste due to constipation and diarrhea prompted occurrences of hemorrhoids resulting to very painful inflammation in the anal area.

There are other causes of hemorrhoids.  Hypertension is also credited to cause that could contribute to serious internal hemorrhoid bleeding.  Obesity is another and also pregnancy.

People who might be suffering from those illnesses or those who are pregnant are very prone to hemorrhoid bleeding that are not only painful but can cause some long term complication.

Although there are lot of treatments available for hemorrhoids, and hemorrhoid rectal bleeding, nevertheless, this can also be prevented. One way of avoiding this is frequent fiber in take. Fiber minimizes constipation and making the bowel movement with lesser train and easier to eliminate.

Another way of avoiding such is not to wear very fitting jeans. This will avoid certain muscular friction in the rectal part which can also contribute to internal hemorrhoid bleeding.

The squat type of toilet is also credited to minimize internal hemorrhoid. This is due to the fact that people who are in squat position when doing their waste away eliminates the tendency of the anal muscles to constrict. This will lessen the pressure and the friction between the muscle and the waste.
