This is an article about I dealt with it and some ideas for others to deal with it too.

Dealing with the death of a loved one can be hard and there are no magical ways to deal with. I am writing this to share with others how I have been dealing with my dads' death. First my dad had a lot of health problems when he passed away, but despite that I still loved him and have found it hard to deal with everyday. Some days are harder than others. I wish I could have spent more time with him and I did towards the end of his days. I took him on in my home and took care of him the best I could. I am a mother of two girls and believe me this was a hard decesion to make but I did it for a few months.

So my first tip I want to give from my own life experiance is if you have a loved one that is ill spend time with them as much as you can. I know it is hard to spend time sometimes but in the end you will feel much better. Talk about good times and try to remember them that way when they do pass. I am not trying to sound mean here but I feel these things are imporant because death is a hard subject to deal with. Another way that I have dealt with my dad passing away was I wrote about it. I have a blog that I wrote about some of my feelings toward him and what he meant to me. This has helped me deal with coping with things I meant have not been able to say. Also I do want to say when you write online anyone can see it so, if there is something very personal that you do not want the world to know about then stick to a journal. Online freelancing is rewarding in so many ways but, one needs to be careful when writing anything personal online. I myself feel the need to share some of this topic here so I thought I would share.

Some more tips that I would like to share would be if you feel that the burden you are carrying is very heavy than seek some help. Like talk to a consuler or a health care provider. Sometimes just being able to get the feelings out will make a big difference. I hope this article helps someone and feel free to leave comments and thanks for reading.
