How to clean out your Registry files the safe way

CCleaner is a freeware system optimization, privacy and cleaning tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. Additionally it contains a fully featured registry cleaner.

Go to the website of http://www.ccleaner.com/ and download the free copy of CCleaner and in stall it.

Once installed click on the Registry tab on the left.

Once installed click on the Registry tab on the left. Then at the bottom left click on "Scan for Issues" this will take a couple of minutes to complete.

Next you will see a list of Registry errors. Make sure there is a check mark in all the boxes beside the Registry errors and now click on the "Fix Selected Issues". You will be prompt to make a back-up copy of your files here. After it fixes all the problems click on "Scan for Issues" and re-check again. keep doing this until you have no more errors left.

Since you downloaded this software you can now clean out your cookies, Temporary Internet Files, History, and ect. Click on the Cleaner tab and then click on "Run Cleaner" and just keep clicking on "Run Cleaner" until you see

That’s all you are done.

*  Great way to clean out all the junk in your Registry Files and help keeps the pc from slowing down.

* You can keep yourTemporary Internet Files, History, and ect. cleaned out.

*  Before you start cleaning out your Registry Files make a back-up copy of the Registry Files. CCleaner will allow you to do this but I never make a back-up copy of my files because the software has always cleaned the Registry Files correctly but you may want too.
