How to make your punches stronger

Are you one of those guys who likes to make their punches stronger, Well, you don't have to be a professional boxer to do this. If you want to pack more power to your punches,
Well, i guess you have to add more training execrcise, especially the core training exercises to your daliy work out. You have to remember that your arms are attached to your core. so no matter how big or strong your arms are, you will never be able to use your arms true power if they're not attached to a solid foundation.
Another reason you want to strengthen your core is that a punch is actually a rotational. Movement originating from the trunk and not just a straight forward arm movement . The stronger your core is and the stronger your core rotates, the more power will be transferred from your trunk to your arms and t your punch.
Limit your straight crunches and focus more on bicycles , abtwists and other more core rotation exercises. You legs will also give additional power to your punch as your truck (core) muscles are attached to your legs. They have to be strong and stable when your trucks and arms fire when you punch.
Now all of these tips can actually help you in making those punches really strong. Sometimes guys likes us want to have more energy and more power , better than the usual stuffs that we do. The very best thing that will really make this tips effective, is to add these routines to your daily work out andyour have to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
