Here is a Special Power of Attorney form I drafted.
Here is a handy little special power of attorney form for special matters for use in Florida i.e. the dale of a boat, vehicle, or other item of mutually owned property. I am not sure if it is appropriate for use in other jurisdictions. It should be notarized by a duly authorized Notary Public who is licensed in the State of Florida and should be executed in the presence of the Notary. It makes the sale more convenient in cases where both owners cannot be present at the time of sale.
