This is great addition to pasta dinners with salads!

Things You’ll Need:

  • One french bread
  • two cups of butter or country crock
  • 6-8 medium to large garlic pieces(depending how strong you like it)
  • 2-3 table spoons of parsley flakes
  • fork- to mix the mixture together really good
  • aluminum foil
  • baking pan
  • spatula or butter knife

Preheat the oven (bake)between 325-345 degrees. Chop the garlic as fine as you can. Add parsley flakes. Add butter. Mix it all together very well.

Let it sit 10 minutes so all the flavor gets in the butter. Cut the bread in to slices not too thick and not too thin(little bit thicker than the bread slices that you get on the pre-sliced bread)1 inch thick or thinker. If you make the slices thiker than 1 inch spread more butter mixture on it.

Once the butter is ready just spread it on to it, make sure that the whole face of bread is covered completely. The more butter you put on the thiker pieces the more flavor they get, but if you put a lot of it on thinnner pieces the soggier they get, so don't over do it. Only spread one side of the slice. Think if it as an sandwich.

Take aluminum foil little bit longer than the bread so you can close the ends. Place the bread in the middle, fold the foil over and the end. Make sure you leave the top of the foil somewhat open so the bread can breathe and the moisture don't get trapped inside. Place the bread on an baking pan and put in the oven till the butter is melted. Let it sit for few minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
